OK firstly can I just say that there are 60 over pictures. And I probably won't upload them ALL, because a lot is of Chun Zhen and me. Hmm, MAYBE I WILL!!! Hhahaa. Give me time!

So let's start...Merdeka Night was held in Hall 3 Function Hall. LOADS of people. If I'm not mistaken, more people than FOC. So it started off with getting ready of course. And me being a GIRL, of course late right!?!? hahaha Chien Hong smsed telling us to meet at 5.45pm... I met them at 6.20pm. EH KEN ALSO LATE!!!

Anyway here are the pictures and slong with that I'll comment here and there on what happened.

So I left and walked to Hall 3 with the guys (as mentioned earlier) and then I met with Chun Zhen and waited. Slowly the registration queue got longer and longer and we were...

After registration we were separated into groups named after famous Malaysian singers. My group was 10 - Siti Nurhaliza =.= Hahaha... and and RYSHIN OVERLOAD!!! Lol!!! There was Hauo Wah, Ken, Sin Yee and myself. DAMN FUNNY LAH!!!

Played a few games and I was blur blur. Not yet in the mood. Was too early in the evening to go wild. LOL!!! Around that time my head a bit round and round.

After those games... DINNER TIME!! SIGH!!! We group 10 right, so we were the last. *SOBS* HUNGRY LAAAA!!! Then went to get the food... apparently the people in front got MORE!!! Not the fair! Anyway it was quite oily, so not good for me also.

Anyway it was more of PICTURE time for me. Hahaha. And then halfway eating dinner and walking towards the hall, Siew Loong walked passed me and then stopped and said "ehhhh.come come" I was damn shocked la. So I was carrying my food around following him and he went from one place to another. He didn't tell me to go where, just said COME WITH ME... So I'm trying to eat and squeeze my way around as well as keep up with him... SIGH! hahaha in the end we had a "meeting" about the "handing over" ceremony. More on that later on.

After that, we gathered back at the hall. And there were performances. The don't know what its called but Gabriel was in it performance. hhahahaha. Not bad. Then got sketches.... =.= SERIOUSLY laaa I was sooo blur. I was so tired and my body just suddenly wanted to collapse. Ken was making a fool with balloons. Anyway the sketch I was BLUR like... don't know what. But the ads were the best. IMO!!!

Maybe I should have just gone for the RSAF thing. I'm bored in my room. I slept again for awhile. My head suddenly just spun and then I was standing I felt so dizzy. I heard this buzzing sound. And then slowly the music from my lappie just faded and the buzzing was just so loud. Couldn't take it. Had to lie down, and after lying down for awhile, the buzzing slowly went away... What's WRONG with me!!! Recover damn it!!!

And I was reading some Econs, and got bored. I should actually do more Marketing and Stats. But what the hell...

WAIT A MINUTE!!!
I just went to Russell Peters website... and and....

OK before I burst into little pieces due to MAJOR excitement (blahhh! How come I always type things that makes sense but to me it just sounds so dirty/wrong!!!)

I'm sick again. This really sucks! This early morning woke up and when I sat up, my whole head was spinning. My throat was just killing me, and I messages Hauo Wah asking if its possible for me not to go to the RSAF Open House. I felt so bad!!! And then he messaged back "okay, you rest well and hope can see you tonight." ARGH!!! Then I remembered Merdeka Night! I can't miss that. I was lying in bed and my whole body just freezing. And its a freaking FAN, not air-con ok. Then roomie went out. Talked to her before she did and SIGH!!! My throat was as if there was needles inside. Then later on Chun Zhen called... my voice... what happened to it? And I was too messed up to answer properly. Hope she actually understood what I said. Hmm, hope they have fun. I'm also thankful I didn't go, because I have a feeling it will be under the Sun, and in my condition its best to stay away from the sun.

Hmmm after that I went to the toilet with a face towel and drenched it in COLD water and came back into bed and put it on my forehead. I'm feeling better NOW, just hope it stays that way. And my throat still HURTS!!!

That's all for discovering I'm sick. Blah. Panadols here I come. =(

Anyway anyway, last night I was introducing Russell Peters to... this guy. And LOL!!! He's never heard of it before. I wanted to DIE!!! How can you not hear of Russell Peters. Quite depressed. I don't know why. The moment I left my bro's place it was just downhill. I needed to get out of NTU sooo badly. After OB yesterday, my motivation level and whatever other levels just DROPPED. Just took such a big big dip and I was in such a mess. I wanted to get out of NTU so badly. I want to just GO HOME!!! Which sucks even more because I CANNOT!

So last night, I had two muffins for dinner, packed some OB reading and Econs tutorial and left NTU. Took the bus to John's place and suddenly I was just happy. Like no pressure. I have no fucking idea WHY. BUT NTU IS SERIOUSLY MESSING WITH MY BRAIN! My confidence level, my motivation level, my HAPPINESS used to be so HIGH... Now its just... so messed up. Not to mention that my diet is all messed up... BADLY. There's no such thing as breakfast or lunch. Its called BRUNCH for me. AND sometimes there's no dinner as well. So brunch is what I have for one whole day.

I know I said I won't complain. But when things happen, they happen and you can't control it. I have no idea why IT had to happen. I have no idea why I am in this state. I'm seriously a considerably happy person. So all this crap coming from me just shows how unhappy I am.

After leaving my bro's place I didn't want to come back to NTU, so I headed to Vivo City. Hoping that some shopping would cheer me up. Instead... ARGH! All the shoes I wanted... they don't have it in my size. So you can imagine how depressing THAT is. Then I went to Esprit to cheer myself up. Splurge so much on one hoodie. SIGH! I seriously need to stop shopping. After lingering around and getting bored, I decided to take a bus back to NTU. So damn sad. Thank God I didn't have to wait for a bus, if not I would have been more emo.

Came back to NTU.... got some food. Oh yeah, I didn't have breakfast nor lunch. And I just finished my "lunch" at 4.30pm!!! Wtf right?

At least later on I'll be going to Jurong Point to watch a movie. Money No Enough II. Ahhh, hope its still on. I seriously am in dire need of GOOD COMPANY! And Bo Eui's comment on Facebook shocked me. I mean its been AGES. And I seriously miss FIS. That's why I want to go back home even more. ALL MY FRIENDS ARE THERE!!! Its not that I don't have friends here, I do, but they just CANNOT compare to the ones I have back home. Including the HELPies. Its so depressing. SERIOUSLY!

I won't be surprised if I just suddenly stop calling people out. Stop being so cheerful and just stop with the fake smiles. I wonder if I'll ever just snap at people instantly and not be so damn nice and fake if I can't stand them. I used to just give it to people when I can't stand them. I don't do that here. Why? Because I've changed. And somehow I feel its for the worse. I just want to be 100% completely myself. Be able to lean onto people (physically) and not start rumors. Like seriouslyyyyyyy. Argh! I miss the guys in FIS. I miss them SO SO MUCH!!! We were such a close bunch. Even sitting on their laps would have been somewhat fine. It wouldn't have been THAT huge an issue. I need them.

BUT the things is, people are changing. I can tell by the way they talk to me. Just through MSN. It sucks so much. I just wished I could stay in the final year of FIS forever. Just stay there.

No, I just wished I didn't have so much responsibilities. Sometimes I wonder if I'm ACTUALLY truly happy with the person I am. I don't even know myself anymore. I used to be so certain. So ME. Why has it all changed? Like I said, for the worst. I'm so unsure. So upset. So...


I really should be getting back to work. I really should just immerse myself fully in tutorials. Just stop chatting. Just stop socializing. Focus. Which makes this whole thing even MORE depressing because I'M NOT THAT KIND OF PERSON who can just sit in one place and study study study. I CANNOT! I want to bring my whole bed, my whole family, my dogs, my whole home to Singapore. If not, I just want to go home.

Hhahhaa I finally got the taste of Uni life. The real deal. Of having projects the next day, but you have a meeting the day before till late. So you return back late and then you have so much to do. Take your dry laundry in, pack your bag, prepare for the next day presentation, and AND SHOWER!!!

Omg! Hahaha. can go crazy. Hahaha. I'm still surviving. Then this weekend, especially Friday and Saturday will chillllll! Hehehehe. Sunday and Monday GO GO GO Tutorials and study study! No FRIENDS for me on Monday. Unless I finish my work. Must do must do!

So I'm not the Treasurer for ALS. Its alright. I'm not doubting myself, but I was a little worried of handling Heritage Club and ALS and then school. O.O Beh tahan! hahaha. Just worried.


Anyway, its an early night for me today.

Hmm, and maybe Honorary Treasurer of ALS? No nominators/seconders. LOL!!! Sad right SAD!?!?!?! Put a pretty picture though. LMAO!!! And that one got ELECTION wei. *stress stress* Basically I'm joining ALS now more of a leisure/interest basis. I've got my points. ALS is just purely out of love for animals and interest. Hahaha. KANASAI, I sound so... unlike me? I don't know. I DO love animals. But I'm freaking scared of cats. Kittens I can do. CATS?? NO!!! They are... =( I don't like!

Anyway, today I walked in the rain. Basically walking in the rain as the umbrella was sort of useless. The rain was so heavy. My shirt was drenched especially my sleeves and the back. My bad was wet (YAY Nike, water proof!) And my toes were freezing. THANK GOD I didn't deck out FULLY in formal wear. I tell you, I would have been freezing my ass off. I wore jeans and slippers. LMAO!!! And the jeans was soaked till below the knees. SIGH!!! Walked all the way to Nanyang House for Heritage Club AGM. Then to Canteen 2 for no reason.. Lol, then walk back to Canteen A for informal MSA meeting.

The whole time my jeans were soaked... And and, it was freaking cold and wet and YUCK! Hahaha. and then for the MSA meeting, sat on the floor, I was basically MOPPING NTU's floor. Damn shit lah! But then, I've been meaning to wash that pair of jeans. LOL!!! Tomorrow I will. Its hanging outside now.

Got to know A LOT of people. Basically, I guess I won't be going back to John's THAT often anymore. Unless its Friday morning and back on Saturday morning kinda thing. Probably will be back there la.

My poor poor camera. Hahaha. Ever since stepping into NTU, I've only used it once. On the Night of Extremes. HAHAHAHA!!! So the sad!!! My poor camera is locked inside a drawer. Yeah, they left this morning. On the way, they dropped me in NTU. Hmm, they passed the Immigration Checkpoint at 7.46am, and reached home before 10am. NO FREAKING KIDDING!

Hahaha and the day my family came to pick me up at NTU, it was sooo funny. I was so HOT. Hahahahaha. Hmm, I was dressed head to toe in WARM COLOURS!! (I miss Art!) Speaking of which, I cannot wait to September to see them. I miss her like crazy.

As you know, the family came down. And every time they come down, we're always pestering dad to bring us to eat the Beach Road Prawn Mee. Yum Yum!

So today, he finally DID! Hehehe. Anyway, it is two shop lots joined together and it is VERY busy on Sunday morning. Or lunch hour. But for us, we were lucky.

Pork ribs and... tail? I don't know. The soup was AMAZING!!! Like Bak Kut Teh, but NOT Bak Kut Teh.

Ahem! S$10.80 per bowl. DO NOT MESS!!! But then there's like 5prawns. Noodle portion a little small. BUT then you have like 5 BIG prawns. Noodle was nice, the yellow noodles in Singapore taste different from Malaysia's. I prefer the one here, because less chemical taste/smell. Anyway the Prawn Noodles has tauge, some kangkung, fried shallots, special chili sauce and some black sauce.

Ok, you can order the S$4.50 per bowl noodles. But my dad being my dad, will order the S$10.80. The cheaper one tastes the same, just smaller portion. Not as many prawns and prawns are smaller.

Each bowl of noodle is accompanied with a bowl of soup. Basically it has the prawn base. Of course you can have the soup Prawn Noodle if you wish, but I prefer the dry one. The noodle with soup? GO KL EAT Better!Hehe

To be honest, my dad can cook this as well. Its pretty similar but I still like this. Got a difference between my dad's and this, but the difference is not that obvious. But it IS for me... gourmet taste bud what! =P

I told you my parents would arrive before 10am. I was right, except they arrived EARLIER! They reached the Singapore Immigration at 8.46am!!! And they left the house at 6am something. I told you right? Less than 2 hours! But noooo, don't believe! Hahahahha. Anyway they reached NTU at about 9.15am.

They called me when they reached the immigration. And that woke me up to go brush my teeth. Then I crawled back into bed and wait for them to reach. When they did, they called, and I woke up. The parents came to my floor level and wanted to go up somemore. I saw them before they did. Then we left NTU by 9.26am. Hmm, had to leave quietly 'cause Sin Yee was still sleeping. Hahaha.

We went back to John's place then went out for breakfast. Or rather in MY case BRUNCH. Then went to UOB at Raffles' Place. OPPOSITE THE GMAX!!! And John told my parent's I went on the GMAX O.O!!!! But they didn't say anything. They were ok with it I guess. YAY!!! Lol. After hanging around UOB for awhile - had things to do, then we went to Lao Pa Sat!

I KNOW I KNOW!!! Can get Heritage Club to organize eating outing there! *grins* you know why? Because its a food "market" that's in the middle of office buildings and all. Its really nice. They upgraded and furnished the place. Its been there for AGES. According to my dad - 100 years already... WTF!!! hahaha. Exagggerate la! Its probably 70 years to 80 years. And we ate there. Hmm, lunch. LOL I just drank some soup and sugar cane juice.

Then came back and took a short rest. Then went to Vivo City for SHOPPING!!! *grins*

Went to G2000 to get some work clothes for presentation. SIGH!!!! But still I look so... DIFFERENT! hahaha. Professional lah! Quite funny when I look in the mirror. Hahahahahhahhahaha and its a skirt, not pants. WHY!?!?! BECAUSE the pants so long. And then if I were to cut it, lose the shape la. And I quite "kek sam" to cut it wei... SO EXPENSIVE! Got a nice top. Wheee! Then headed to Charles and Keith to get heels. WAHAHAHAHA! I love my life!

And you know what my mum said??? EHEHEHEH! Mummy said go back KL shop. Singapore like so expensive. HAHAHAHA! Yes yes, including SHOE shopping. *grins*

After Vivo, came back and rested. Actually, everyone else rested by playing computer, sleeping, watching TV. ME!?!?! Marketing Case Analysis!!! grrr!

Do do do until time pass so fast. Headed for dinner at West Coast and then came back. Took a shower and continue doing the case. Completed it and then...

Now gonna do Econs tutorial, then Stats tutorial.

Hahaha, if I was in Hall, it'll be the same. except I'd do it in the afternoon/evening. Nights? CHILL! hahaha. Especially if its the 4-day weekend.

Since class finished, I went for the MSA NBS gathering. Hmm, got to meet a few new faces... YAY!!! And had dinner at Canteen B. DON'T ASK ME WHY. I was HUNGRY!!! And the Chinese is ok, ANY mixed rice in the canteens are generally OK - kind of a feel of home? Anyway more on Canteen B later. After that, I ran (kind of) all the way from Canteen B to Canteen A to meet Chun Zhen to go for the ALS interview. Only to realize, I would be walking the opposite direction I ran - I walked extra... =.= Quite tiring OK!!! Then after the interview. Came back to my room. Settled down a bit, then went to shower. After shower, collect my laundry. No need iron lah - damn freaking LAZY! And can't find the iron in my Hall. Hahaha, not even sure if we have one. Hmm, anyhow... after that I sat down and read ECONS! Yay Yay! Slowly getting the hang of it. You should see my Econs lecture notes - A LOT of things written all over. Good lah, no need to refer so much to the textbook when the exams get closer because I've compiled the textbook to the notes. More or less. Then after Econs, did stats. I still have four more questions to go for tutorial 3. Wooohoooo!

Its nearing 12. Sleep sleep! Hehehe. Why so early? Because 12midnight is my expected time of sleep when I have 8.30am classes. Of course, 11pm is favourable. Just not possible.

During my four hour break earlier, I came back to my room and slept. SO GOOD! I was already dozing off in Comm. Fundamentals. Damn boring man. Preparing my not so impressive resume and cover letter. You wait, once I'm done with NTU, the resume will be amazing. Hahaha. Vice-President this and that, then President this and that. Cehhh, like confidence overshoot already.

Anyhow, tomorrow have to lunge around Marketing textbook. Quite.. NVM! Then OB textbook also... BLAH! Don't care. Somehow I hate having to stay in hall, because those who don't stay in hall sort of expect you to bring the books. Yeah, we'll see about THAT!

Still managing my time well. Quite proud actually. Because others do last minute, others keep complaining. And I don't find the need too. HAH!!! Proven! I walk the talk. I can manage my time well. *grins* I'm no hypocrite!!! Hahaha. I'm so proud of myself, no more last minute work! Guess I gotta do that to survive in NTU. Taking advice from seniors, and people who has been in Uni. Don't do last minute work no matter what course - you just don't have enough time. Hmm, hope and prays like MAD that I keep this up. I think KNOW I will be fine so long as I continue the good self-control. Yeap yeap! Know your capabilities and your shit attitude and improve the shit attitude. Doing JUST that. LOL! I expect work life to be worse la, so start developing the mentality of doing things ASAP.

Argh! Why is my baby in training??? AND NO ONE TOLD ME! Quite annoyed. I mean I KNEW they were considering, but when its official I mean at least TELL ME!!! I still love my baby A LOT ok!!! Sigh! Anyway, hope the training helps. Hahaha. Hope like crazy after the training my mum will be fine with it.

I seriously DON'T understand people who wants to buy new/clean second hand textbooks. Seriously! I don't. You know why? Because if you buy second hand textbooks, all the notes are there. Although you still have to read, you KNOW which things are important. And the extra notes on the side written by seniors are so useful! So whoever gets my book - LUCKY YOU LAH!!! And those who think keeping it clean will help in future sales? Hmm, I don't know. I guess different people have different wants/needs. ECONS ECONS! Apply what you learn to everyday life and you'll remember it so much better. Anyway all these tips I got I learned in FIS. Thanks a big big bunch to Mr Chen. I always thought that having new clean books are better and all. I WAS SO WRONG!!! Hahaha. And I really don't care if its the older edition. You can always just go to the library to refer to something. I don't see the harm in searching for a chapter. Hmm, details are the same, just page numbers, some examples and questions are different. And you tend to get the older edition at a cheaper rate. Hmm, whatever la. I love my books now. Old and new. Old because its second hand. New because the school introduced new textbooks.

Maybe my mentality and the way I see things are so different from people. I don't know. Whatever it is. I am who I am. I never asked you to accept me for who I am. I never did. And I think my perceptions on things are not wrong. Neither is it stupid. Everyone has views right? Its never wrong to express them. You may hate one thing about me, but I may hate a whole bunch of things about you. So yeah! Life's really fair.

I'm making tonnes of good friends here. Very happy! Yes, they all study like crazy. And I really respect that. Because I could never do that. But it'll be nice to maybe hang out more often, go random places in Singapore. Wheee. Just the thought of it... =D Well we'll see how things get on. I'll always be up to go out. ANYTHING. Worse case scenario.... go own my own! Hahaha. I really don't mind. No worries, just freedom and happiness.

I do like shopping on my own. No one to judge how much I spend. No one to say anything about me spending a lot. Or make shit remarks.

The Reason
The reason why I shut my blog down for awhile is because...

OK first off, I doubt anyone really REALIZED it. But anyhow, I did it because I had to. I just needed some time off. Just chill. I actually wanted a longer layoff, but I suppose my blog is a way for me to release the stress I have. I suppose that's when people see me, they see that I'm happy and not messed up or stressed out. I don't know. I think its also due to working fast and good time management. Thank God for that.

I know everyone is somehow or rather emo-ing. And I had my issues. I can safely say now that I'm fine. Perfect. I don't know if that's meant to be a sarcastic remark or what. I suppose you can never really know yourself 100% And to people who say that they do... I don't believe you!

I should be done with ranting. I shall just get on with life. Get on with what's ahead. Get on with the present and reach for the future. Look at it on the bright side, my family is coming down this weekend. Hmm, good dinners, family company. I need that SO badly. I'm quite sick of canteen food. And no one seems to be so... free? I don't know. I suppose the workload hasn't caught up with me yet. I guess I'm still in the honeymoon period? I don't know. I'm still doing my work. Completing tutorials (except Stats - I do most of it). But somehow it seems that I'm pretty free? I don't know. Others are always commenting why am I so free. I guess I just DO things when I have to. I skip dinner sometimes just to read. But I do eat something. I guess people just don't realize how hard I work during the weekdays even when I do have classes, at night I am working hard. I decided before coming to Uni that on the weekdays I'll work my ass off and on weekends enjoy. And my aunt also suggested that. Its paying off. I'm happy... happier! And now that my weekends are four days long (No classes on Mondays and Fridays) I guess I work harder during the three days and enjoy the weekend. But unfortunately, that's not how it works exactly. I'm completing tutorials and assignments on Monday. Saturday I do a little bit. Sunday NOTHING. Its my day off. Friday, I do some work. So basically when it comes to Monday, I'm pretty free. Hence, able to do bits and ends of work and then enjoy the rest of the time. And how? By watching FRIENDS.

So yea. I'm happy my timetable allows me to do this. But the workload is piling. I'm worrying about other issues. THANK GOD I'M SINGLE... can you imagine what other issues I'd be facing!!! Hmm. LOL!

Sigh, humor or no humor.

Anyway in all seriousness... I'll be doing fine. This weekend will be good for me. Complete tutorials ASAP and can enjoy my family's company.

Fucking Insane
Jon and I just pranked Hauo Wah KAO KAO!!!!!!!

Damn funny. Jon messaged Hauo Wah, telling him he got locked out of his room and his roommate is in JB. And told Hauo Wah to meet him at the amphitheatre.

LMAO! And Hauo Wah bought it. He walked from Hall ONE all the way to Hall THIRTEEN!!! And just so you know, its FREAKING far!!! Hahahaha.

Then he kept calling Jon and Jon freaked and didn't pick up. So Hauo Wah called me and I called him. Then finally when I got through, Hauo Wah started explaining to me. And I was pretending to be blur. And then I kept asking him to wait whilst I typed to Jon and tried to think straight. I told him Jon had no credit so cannot call etc. DAMN HILARIOUS!!!

Then finally when I did break the news to Hauo Wah, he's like... for a split second he was like blur. Then he got it. AND OMFG I couldn't stop laughing. Then he kept saying he walked all the way... HAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAH!!

I am such an IDIOT!!! Hahaha.

I turned my computer off in my room. Then I didn't look or anything, I just closed the lid. AND KNN!!! I didn't shut it down properly. So all this time from my room to the walk to Canteen A to the bus stop to Boon Lay to Clementi and finally to Pasir Panjang my laptop was NOT OFF!!! And the worst thing was... I felt the heat from my laptop. I was like wondering to myself why is my laptop still so warm... Then came here... AIYO! Not turned off properly. SO SHIT right? No no.. SO STUPID!!!

WAIT!! Stop this post. I NEED to blog about the 100m Mens final. Usian Bolt 9.69 seconds Richard Thompson 9.89seconds. That's the difference between the first and the second. To you maybe its nothing. But to a runner its A LOT! trust me, I've ran before I KNOW how it is. OK, maybe its not as DRAMA as Michael Phelps 100m Butterfly race right? But in terms of running it is. Because the distance between first and second was... OMG!!! The Jamaican is amazing!!! He's smashed the world record. He is freaking incredible. 1st Jamaican to win the 100m sprint. He's got 90,000 people on their feet in the Bird's Nest. I think he's amazing! I love it! And he was dancing before the race. I really want his shoe la! Grrrrr! He just like sprinted and separated himself from the rest midway through the race. SERIOUSLY!!! Arrrgh! I love athletics. Blahhh.

And the football match between Belgium and Italy. Hahaha ITALY LOST!!! Wheeee! very HAPPY! 3-2 and Belgium had one guy down. AND I FUCKING LAUGHED SO MUCH when one of the Belgium wanted to pass the ball to the Italian keeper but he wasn't facing the keeper. So he threw the ball and the ball hit the keeper's face. LMAO!! its soooo damn funny!!! Seriously. Try looking it up in YouTube. *grins*

OMFG! You know what? The Singaporeans are being such.. can I say wimps? We all know that Singapore imports their sportsmen/women right? They are having this debate/talk on Channel 5 about it. And we all KNOW that they are IMPORTED anyway. Singapore gives them the citizenship. They should realize that we all know. They are being quite childish actually, they go and narrow down other countries with imports as well. But you know what? Those countries not AS MANY as Singapore right!!! Sigh. GROW UP LAH!!!



Speaking of which. I SHOULD HAVE JUST GONE FOR THE Sports Secretary for MSA. Put it as my second choice. ARGH! Frustrating you know! Hahaha. And then when they asked why didn't I apply for the Sports post if I've got such a big interest in sports. I said I wanted to diversify myself. But then when I was in the bus... this answer hit me, "People are always going for things they are comfortable with. I feel that sometimes that's ok, but why not take challenges?" More impressive right?!!?!?! ARGH! I seriously cannot stand myself now. Hahaha

Anyway it was a...fun? experience. My first ever interview in my life. I'm talking about the MSA Main Committee interview. Let's just start with what position I went for... Vice President. Second choice, Welfare/Cultural Secretary. And third, Area Hall Coordinator. Confident if I'll get a post... sure. Which post? Of course I'm wishing its Vice President, besides the fact that it'll look freaking amazing on my resume, I really really want the post. Not because of it looking good on my resume. If I only wanted that I would run for some big shot post in ABC. Its all about personal feelings really, and its hard to express it right now. Let's just say that I am very greatful and am in debt to MSA.

I was the first one. COW right?!!??! Quite scary. I was the first, and I was the lone freshie. All seniors talking there. But it was nice. SERIOUSLY! The company of the seniors. If not for them I would have ran away. Hahahaha. They were extremely nice. They calmed my nerves. I seriously cannot think of my weaknesses. Hahaha. So you know what I actually freaking said when they asked me to list my weaknesses VERBALLY. I said this, "Errmmm, I... errr... I haven't found one yet" GAHHHH!!! I don't know how that makes me look. LOL! Strengths also I was stumbling. Because I want to say, but don't want to over sell myself. And its quite frustrating because after the interview, whilst I was waiting at the bus stop, and in the train and in the bus... ARGHH!!! All the answers that I would normally say suddenly kept running through my brain. Like one after another and another and another. SIGH!

And I couldn't look Siew Loong in the eye or when I spoke. Because the moment I sat down and saw him, and he smiled... I FREAKING laughed!!! I told you I told you!!! ok ok, didn't tell YOU... But I... I don't know lah! I'm scared shitless now.

When they asked am I a person who would complain after I got tired (after so many events and can't take the pressure and stuff)... I said its human nature to complain. But I'm not a person who likes to complain. I don't like people who complain. But with that said, everyone has a limit. We all have our limits. So yea. I hope they didn't take it wrongly, because I really meant that even with the limits we all have, I'm not a person who would complain. It probably came across wrongly eh? Arghh!!! Guess I was all over the place la.

I think over all I gave pretty good answers but then.... AIYOOO! that thing la, about knowing things/things coming to you once you're done. ARGH!!! Seriously la.

DARN! I now know my weakness. My confidence level is usually damn high. But my confidence level will take a big dip when I don't get what I want. Or what I aim for. For example, O level results. Seriously that was a very depressing moment. Then A level I expected the B for Further Maths, but you know that if I didn't get 3A's I would have been very upset and depressed. And would have locked myself in my room. SERIOUS. That's how I was for the O levels. Then NUS... But yea, my main point is that my confidence level just takes a major dip when something I want so badly doesn't happen. Like something I do that doesn't make it happen.

Anyway so yes. That's it. I've done what I could. I hope I get what I want. Hahaha. Somehow I have a feeling... NVM!!! Get a post? No problem. Get what I want? I HOPE!!!

500th post. WOOOOOTS!!!

It will be THE most random post you can ever stumble across. TRUST ME!

I miss my family. I really do. Even though the homesickness is not that great compared to when I was first here, I still think of them so much. Julz called me last night, after I complained and complained that she never calls or messages me in Facebook. So she called and we talked. She is still so damn random. Hahahaha. I was telling her of the SGD9 flip flops I got, and she said "Isn't that like quite cheap?" I said "YEA!" And she says... OMFG She is so classic! "Hello hello, you have a sister here you know"... LMAO! I was just thinking that she was stating that it was damn cheap. Then suddenly, get one for her... LOL!!! Btw, THAT is my sister for you guys.

Jacobson... sigh! I miss him so so much!!! He made me laugh by doing the STUPIDEST things. He pissed me off by doing the STUPIDEST things. He's like my temper meter. You can test if I'm in a good mood or not by just asking him to do something stupid and look at my reaction. That will show if I'm in a good or bad mood. Hahahaha. I seriously miss him.

Jessebel... I miss her straight forwardness. And her random outgoing ways. Her passion for food and my cooking. YES! I have fans of my cooking. Both my sisters like it. HMPF!!! Hahaha. Her slutty ways!!! Seriously! And I still am pissed that she stole my top! Argh.

John? HAIZ! hahahaha. Big big bully. But still miss him dearly. Even though he's in NUS and I'm in NTU. Relatively near, but still!!!!

And of course, Daddy and Mummy. The rocks of my life. SERIOUSLY! They are the walls around me in times of weakness. They make me smile, cry, laugh... they are just everything. I can't say anything else. I miss them like THE MOST. I actually miss my family as a whole. I seriously am such a HOME person eh?

Well, I miss them all. And I cannot wait for DECEMBER! Because that's when everyone will be together. No one jetsetting to another country, no one studying in one place whilst the rest are at home, everyone would be together. That's why I love Decembers. And also, it means... FAMILY TRIPS!!! *grins*

Not Satisfied
Yeah Yeah! I'm not freaking satisfied in bed!!!

Hmm, it sucks, its hard.

O.O!!! I know I know... You all are like WTF!?!?!?! or or... WHAT THE FUCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCK!?!?!?! Hahahaha.

My bed in NTU does not do sleep justice. Its so freaking HARD!!! I can feel the god damn spring. My shoulders ache. I'll soon get cranky and the only saving grace is that I slept enough. Err sort of. Slept at two, woke up at 11. Meaning.... 9 hours sleep. *grins*

Anyway last night was fun. Well I didn't shop as much as I would have LIKED, hmm, its not called shopping what I did. It was more relaxing window shopping. LOL! Look around and wait for mummy to come down. Wahhaha. Anyway I just got a top and flip flops. VERY nice one I must add. ;)

Still, not satisfied on the shopping front. We had dinner at Mussel Guys or whatever it is called. Food's ALRIGHT. Not good. Just passable. I can say I've eaten better. Hahaha. But the amount we spent, IF YOU DO NOT CONVERT its bloody reasonable. If you're going to convert, then I suggest you go eat at the canteens. Basically if you're on the lookout for good food, that's not a place to go to. If you're walking around in a mall and you are hungry and you stumble across the restaurant, then you go in. Hahaha. I wouldn't go back anyway. I think that explains it. Well again, my taste and your's is different. Mine is higher class eh? GOURMET!!! LMAO!!!

Sorry - no pictures. Hahahaha. Dessert was good though. Cookies and cream ice-cream. WAHAHAH! I know I know!!! Its just ice cream, we all know ice cream is good. Well the one they served was not from Nestle! Hahaha. And the smashed bits of cookies were like chocolate and a lil gooey when you bit them. Its so freaking GOOD!!! So yea, that's all.

Got back to NTU by 11pm. Went to the TV Lounge and "read" some marketing and then played cards with roomie and her friends. Yay! more new people... More new names... Cannot remember! SIAL ME!!! Hahaha. I'm best with English names... SORRRRY!!!

Anyway, shifting gears to the Beijing Olympics. *grins*

Lee Chong Wei and Lin Dan final!!! Who's the monkeys who said he'll lose in the semis? HAH!!! Proved you WRONG!!! Its basically usually the case already. And we'll see who wins. The person with luck on their side will win. And the person who's more confident on court will win. That's my opinion. OF course, I may be wrong. There may be biased judging and stuff. But I'm really all out for Lee Chong Wei to win. And for those who don't like him. WHATEVER you say, doesn't change the fact that he IS Malaysia's best bet to get a gold. He IS an outstanding player. Especially now that he has Misbun Sidek back as his coach. He IS pretty darn consistent compared to all the other male badminton players. Just go check the statistics. Since he's gotten Misbun Sidek back as his coach, his performance is AMAZING! And those who say he plays boring badminton... OMFG!!! You need to actually WATCH badminton. Watch it NOW. I'm all out for him winning. And I know, if he loses then you'll just smack it in my face. But whatever! For once, MALAYSIA BOLEH! Hahaha. I don't get it. Is showing a sense of patriotism WRONG? Better in the sports front than the political front!

I think the Men's Singles and Men's Doubles are worth watching. Women Singles is a repeat of four years ago. But I want Zhang Ning to win. Yes yes, she's old, and she's probably retiring soon to coach. But I SERIOUSLY LIKE HER!!!

Why I say Men's Doubles is because its between the Indons and the Chinese. And its so awesome its not an all Chinese affair. Plus, I SOOOO LOVE the Chinese doubles style of attacking. They seldom defend. Especially this pair of Fu Haifeng/Cai Yun. They are usually the attacking ones. And when they play at the net... WAHAHAHAHA! VERY GOOD!!!! And then their smashes... COW!!! One of them is holding the record, I think its Fu. I cannot wait I cannot wait. *grins*

Michael Phelps makes it 7 out of 7. KNN!!! CI BAI CI BAI CI BAI!!! (hahaha sorry, I make up not swearing in English by swearing in Chinese) He won the 100m butterfly by 0.01 second. He clocked in 50.58 and the other fella clocked in 50.59. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!! Like wtf right? The timers has gotta be DEAD ON la. LMAO! well I know its all electronic and computers. But STILL. No Class.
No class on Fridays and Mondays. I think I've said that countless of times and rubbing it into people's face. Hahahaha. But sadly, others have classes to attend or whatever it is. So I'm bored. AND I stay in my room and sleep. AND AND I must add, do some tutorials. Whee! Pandai right!?!?!

I woke up at 12 noon. Well 11.30am, but I was lying in bed till about 12. Damn nice! Hahaha. If you must know the details, went to the toilet at 8am to pee pee. I had the ordeal of having to get up, unlock the door, WALK down the corridor (OK lah! Its not even 25 metres!!! its still annoying!) and do my pee pee business. Then walk all the way up the corridor to my room. Lock the door and climb back into bed. Quite a hassle and ordeal right? Hehehe. Well it IS when you're dead tired but nature calls. You just don't get me. Do you?? Ahh nvm. As long as I understand when I read this 20years from now...

Married, kids, good job that I love but flexible, travelled at least 75% of the world, eaten a lot a lot of food, tried at least 75% of the cuisines in the world, NOT FAT!, enjoy life, stable income... HAPPY!

Yeap, 20 years from now, when I'm 38 (OMFG!!) I hope to see that happening. But of course, need to find a boyfriend first, then get married and all that rubbish. Right now, I just can't see myself getting a guy... NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE I SEEM/LOOK... or how obvious I make my desperation known... SIGH! Btw, this is just for Jon, so he'd STOP! Lmao!!! Coming to 500

I'm coming to my 500th post in this blog. This would be 496th. Hmm, of course over the years I've probably reached 1000 already. Wait! I have. That's how lifeless I am!!

Anyway I need to go shopping!!! Well not exactly the kind of shopping I actually love to do, but shopping IS shopping right? Hahaha. I need to get some work pants/skirts and some shoes/heels to go along with it. And a blazer. KNNCCB!!! That's a lot. I've got the collared shirts already.

SIGH! Maybe next weekend. Mum's probably coming down. Wheee!

SHit.I have to stop pushing aside my work to blog. BWAAHAHAHHA! Its a wonder actually, how I manage to get any work done, or complete all my tutorials and stuff. Hehehe. ;)

Anyway, I'll just tell you about my tutorials and some other random things... THEN I WILL go and study/read/do my work.

So started off with Marketing tutorial. I like my tutor. Because she's dead-on about a lot of things. She may probably be very sarcastic sooner or later (I can see it coming) but so far - I like her. Because well, she's interesting. AND I like anyone who'll push me to do better. Wheee. McDonalds for the presentation. Case Analysis that will be graded is ZARA! Wahahahhaahahaha!

Econs tutorial.... Hahhahahaha. Got my lecturer as my tutor. I guess in a way its good, at least she'll know what she's taught in the lectures and can bring it to the tutorials. She's alright lah! I don't mind. Quite good discussions in class. Not complaining. The irony of life!

And OB... From next week onwards, I'll be someone I never expected myself to be. Hahaha. Shout out answers and whatever. BLAHHHH!!! I have a feeling things will go well.

I like the way things are going now. Things are good. I'm managing my time pretty well. Sleeping at least 7hours a day... WOOHOO!!! (yes I freaking sleep at 12!!! - because there's no use staying up anyway... I'll be tired and not focused!!) I'm doing a fair bit of exercise. A lot of walking is exercise right! hahaha. ARE THERE ANY PLANS FOR BASKETBALL OR BADMINTON!?!?!?! I'll be going for the interviews for MSA and Heritage Club Main Comittee. As well as ALS.

WHee. hectic life eh? And in the midst of things I will be heading back to John's place. Probably on Saturday night after the interview if it doesn't get too late. If not, then I suppose Sunday morning. Then Monday morning head back to NTU. Do a fair bit of reading and then Monday night, Heritage Club main comm interview.

A LOT of things to do right!?!?!?! Wahahaha.

Its all about time management.

Hahahahahahaha! I predict Lee Chong Wei to reach finals. Ahhh ceh, later I jinx it. LMAO!!!! Who knows, I have a tendency to do that.

Peparing for the working world
yeah, like ALREADY! one of the Communication Fundamental assignment is to prepare a cover letter and a resume. KNNCCB!!! I'm not ready for this. Anyway, we're given a list of job scopes and we can choose. I choose... JP Morgan...FINANCE! Hahaha. That's my planned idea anyway. Working in Finance instead of the main-stream Audit boring Accounts. LOL.

So yea. I'll be working on that. Err, also will have other assignments and will be working on those. And loads of reading up. Blah! What to do? This is Uni life. Gotta work hard. Next sem will be less presentations, so you'll see me more in my room. Banging my head on the walls. Hahhaa.

A sight you WON'T want to miss. Hahahaha. Does anyone watch Solitary? I think its freaking funny. Its interesting. Anyway if you don't know what it is, its a reality game. Where 9 random people ae chosen to participate. And each of the people stays in a small room, separately. They don't know who the other contestants are. They are given tasks and the winner will have rewards, whilst the losers/those who quit will have punishments. Or if they are the first to quit the task, they will be eliminated. And basically you are TOLD when to eat, sleep and all. You can't shower and whatever. So yea. My life will be like Solitary. Hahaha. Either quit (no no.. do NOT give me that option) or continue and stress. ahahhaa.

Hmm, as you know I joined the Heritage Club and Animal Lovers Society. Will be planning to be the Treasurer or Publicity & Publication Officer for both. Either one. And going for the Vice-President post in MSA. MSA is the Malaysian Student Association. Its a volunteering position. I don't get any points and stuff but... I have my reasons. =)

Hope I will be recruited for ALS or Heritage Club. And MSA? Well it'll look good in my resume right!?!?!? That is NOT the only reason I'm joining. BLAHHH! I shut up. Save the smart talk for the interview.

Lin Dan is on course to reaching the finals, so is Lee Chong Wei. I really hope that it'll be those two in the finals. I feel that if they are, then everyone whom is watching will be on their toes. YOU KNOW I'LL BE WATCHING THE FINALS if Malaysia is in!!! You can count on that. I'll find a way.

And Wong Mew Choo is still in. Wong Choong Hann still in. Lee Chong Wei still in.

KKK and TBH are playing now. Blahhh! Scared laaah! And Malaysia's other men doubles, Choong Tan Fook and Lee Wan Wah are gonna play later.

Yes Yes. I'm very the busy. Yes Yes. I've got a lot of work to do. Yes Yes. I'm still single

Hahahhaa. suddenly out of the blue right? LMAO!!! Anyhow, today's Marketing lecture wasn't too bad. Hooi Den Huan is entertaining. At least I wasn't feeling sleepy... HUNGRY YES!!! not sleepy. Didn't have breakfast. Two hours break went and look around in the ECA fair. Joined the Heritage Club and Animal Lovers Society. Hmm, planning to be a treasurer/business manager/publicity & publication officer in the Heritage Club and probably the same in ALS. We'll see. I just need more info on what is required of those positions. Hahaha. And then probably accompany Jon in the Spanish Society... or maybe not. LOL!! Already have two. Quite scared. And apparently the Heritage Club is a Malaysian club. Which is FINE by my books. Hahaha.

Anyway I'll be pretty busy. Loads of reading. Gotta do my stats tutorial. BLAHHH!!! Everyone so rajin do already. I didn't have the textbook lah!! Blame myself actually. LOL! Then gotta do Econs tutorial... And Marketing. BLAHHH!! And OB OB OB!!! Organizational Behaviour and Design.... IS SUCH A BITCH! Why so much reading onnnneeeee!! Can go crazy I tell you. Beard Papa's

You may or may not know that I LOVE cream puffs. I know, I know, as a girl, its fattening and blah blah! I DON'T CARE! Cream puff is CREAM PUFF!!! Cannot NOT like it. And another thing, the thing about cream puffs is that its not cream as in WHIPPED-DISGUSTING cream in it. Its LOVELY-not-out-of-a-can flavoured cream. Normally vanilla. And I LOVE it!!!

Just so you know, I'm NOT paid for my posts. UNFORTUNATELY!!! Hahaha, but I memang DO love cream puffs like crazy. And I've always walked pass this particular shop. Never really got around to buying it. And I finally did when I was back in KL. In Pavillion with my family. Also normally I don't buy it because I don't usually use my own money. Hahaha. Use my parent's. Wheee! They really don't mind spending on food. So yeah! hehehe

Anyway this shop if called Beard Papa's. fresh'n natural cream puffs. And I assure you its VERY good.

The pastry is already ready made. You just tell them what fillings you want - vanilla (MY FAV!), chocolate, and some others that didn't appeal to me. And then you tell them how many you want and they will squirt the cream inside the pastry for you. And its super cool! There's A LOT of cream as well. Slurrrrp! Guilty pleasures!!!

They have an offer, RM21 for 6 pcs. If not individually is.... DARN! I forgot.

Anyhow, if you are looking for the place, its located at Pavillion, KL opposite J.Co. Of course there are other outlets, I'm not sure where else, but I'm sure there's one in MidValley. Now, I'm looking out for one in Singapore.

Remember the night I went out with quite a lot of MSA members. For steamboat. And then after that I went to Hooters and then went for the GMAX? Well, here are the pictures.

As you can see, I didn't have the guts to swallow the oyster. I swear whilst I was drinking it I was waiting for the oyster to just come. Faster just get in my mouth and I'll freaking swallow it. But noooo! It didn't. It had to linger around in the glass, and when I was nearly done with the liquid, it still didn't come. FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!! I was brave and daring enough to take the god damn oyster in my mouth... But I guess the oyster didn't want. So what to do? Leave it lah. I wasn't gonna eat the oyster on its own. SICK!!! Hahaha. I only eat oysters when its cooked with egg... Get this - C.O.O.K.E.D! Hahaha and even then I put loads of chili sauce.

The liquid was a concoction of Tiger beer, lemon and tobasco. They didn't put the tomato sauce. I THINK! Anyway, it was good. It was fiery. Seriously!!! It was good! I liked it a lot.

And its surprising, because I do not like beer. But it being mixed like that... not bad. Quite interesting. It beats beer on its own! hahaha.

After that, Hooters shut down on us. Freaking hell, what's wrong with them? Hmm. Well, like I said before. Hooters in Singapore SUCKS!!! Never gonna go there again, even if my life depended on it. Let them hire some big-breasted women first... or at least some who HAS breast. HAHAHAHAHA!

Blahhh! Shut up. I'm allowed to check girls out TOO ok. AND have opinions. Its TRUE lah ok!!!

Anyhooooo. After Hooters, walked around and then decided to go on the Reverse Bungy and the Ultimate Swing. *grins*

Just so you know, I'm always up for things like this. I LOVE extreme sports.

Brek @ Changi Airport (Terminal 2)

When I went back to KL, I woke up so early. I didn't have any breakfast. So I headed to Brek at Changi Airport after immigration. I've been there before. Had their pizza and spaghetti. Its not bad. NICE!

So for breakfast they have a number of sandwiches and pizza and muffins. I had a muffin and a sandwich.

In my honest opinion, the sandwich was too dull. More on that with the pictures. I still prefer their pizzas and spaghetti. But there's no way I'm having that for BREAKFAST right? Hahaha my eating times are already so screwed up. No need to screw up the whole system right? Haha

Hmm, muffins are GOOD! And its chocolate!!! Grrrrrr! you DO NOT touch my chocolate muffin unless I say so. And that's only when it sucks. When its dry and flat and hard - LMAO!!!!! sounds SO WRONG!!! Shit shit shit... cannot cannot. too perverted already. Hahaha.  UREEEEEEEYA n SOPHHHHHIAAAA! Where are YOU!?!?! hahaha This muffin was soft, moist, chocolatey and absolutely a god-sent from heaven. Hahaha.  Enough said. And its so good because most of the chocolate is at the bottom and its melted and... GOOEY!!!!!!!!!!! Yum Yum!

Now for the sandwich... Ham and Cheese. Hmm, my honest opinion? Too flat. I looove cheese. It was Edam Cheese. The ham was good as well. The bread was AWESOME! It was soft, and just soooo good. They should probably have put some mayo or something. No problems... I put some chili sauce and it was AWESOME! Hahaha. With the chili sauce, SATISFACTION baby! ;)

And the price? Its OK for AIRPORT food. We all know how marked-up airport food it right? Hahaha. Well I won't state the price. Just so you know, I won't eat it otherwise. Hahaha. I'd go for their pizza, spaghetti and muffins. Hahaha.

I am so freaking BORED
I am bored bored bored!

I'm sitting at John's computer. Sitting here and just surfing the internet.

OK OK let's start with how my day went. I woke up to the sound of John's alarm. Grrr! It rang twice and then I asked him to get up. Then I konked out till about 9.15am, when my alarm started to ring. I woke up and got myself dressed. Cleaned a little and then headed out to get my laptop back. Went all the way to Funnan DigitaLife Mall. All shops were closed and I was getting worried that the Fujitsu one would be too. It wasn't closed... thank God!! Collected my laptop and then bought something to eat. Came back home, chucked my stuff and turned on the computer and ate. Been sitting here for awhile now.

Unfortunately for you guys, you've gotta read my ramblings. Hahahaha. Not so interesting of a blog eh? Sigh!

So yea, baby is here with me. HAHAHA!! Self-entertainment. Anyway for those who are seriously wondering who the freak is my baby... or or, since WHEN did I have one... ARGH! Not the baby that comes out from the va-jay-jay! Sheesh! The baby in the sense of a lover. BLAHHH! Anyhow, for all the slow learners out there.. I've been referring to my laptop as my baby. F. Torres.... Fujitsu Torres. Fcking lame... I KNOW! Just let me be!

I'm sitting here and thinking about Fairview.

Things like how different I am, but how very same I am. Things like how much time has passed by. Things like how different and same we all are. Things like the crazy things I've done. Things like the crazy things I've done and got away with them. Things like the crazy things I've done and it was caught on camera.

How I miss you Fairviewians so much! If only I could say it. Express it as well I wished I could...

I miss the little dramas we had. Looking back it just makes me laugh. Because it was not necessary at all. But we had them, and it is a part of who we are, a part of what made us who we are, a part of our molds. Without them, I think we wouldn't be this close a unit. We wouldn't have the strong bonds we've had and ARE having.

I remember ages ago... Well few years back (can you believe its been 2 years since graduation?) and we were all having the times of our lives. Although at that time we thought it sucked. We studied and we hated it. How I wished it could be the same now! Bet we all feel the same way. I do miss it terribly. And there's not a day that passes that brings me back to those times. Be it with pictures, messages, or just simply a little something that occurs in my daily life that brings me back to my Fairview days.

When I see someone fall, I think of Art Exam - Ms Angel... (I'm thinking of a way to phrase it and the first word that came to my mind was 'tumbling' and I was laughing at the computer screen... I'm a fool! hahaha).... falling and breaking her heel. And trying to stick it back together, with no source of glue or anything. When I see a drain with plants around it, I think of the time Ureeeya fell into the drain after a bump at the hip from Aaida. I swear to God, everytime I start typing these events I crack up! And its an unusual way of falling. I promise you THAT. Her legs were in the air, and her head in the drain. And the funniest thing is... actually there's so much. But Pn Mahsuri saw it!!! And there's never the end of it. ;) When I play basketball, or hold a basketball, I think of all the practices we had. The wonderful inter-gender matches we've had. I'll always remember me tackling Mr Joshua and actually winning the tackle. From that moment on, there was a different kind of respect I received from him. I remember the way we'd watch the way the guys would shoot... And its fucking hilarious! I know there's a picture of Jegs. If only there were videos.

I do miss basketball like CRAZY! I really do. Here, there's not many girls who play it. Well there are, but not many MALAYSIAN girls I know who play it. In fact, that time when I played it, I was the only girl. And of course I do not mind that. Its just that there's nothing really competitive about it. And we all know how competitive I can get when it comes to sport no? I miss basketball like crazy! The practices with Farah and etc. The running around in the 3pm sun. The sweat, the 1901's we'd sometimes get from GEM, the fun, the jokes, the satisfaction of shooting. I miss it all so much! You just won't believe it. Playing basketball here cannot even substitute a second of playing with my team. No way! Playing basketball here is so different. Like I said, I'm the only girl. And they don't tackle so much - no freaking BODY CONTACT!!! hahaha. Nah, I'm just messing. In FIS, we really tackled. We played as if our lives depended on it. We were so competitive. And I miss that A LOT! You just cannot imagine... how big basketball was in my school life. It was one of the BIGGEST things in FIS that mattered to me.

When I jaywalk, or when I cross a busy street, I think of all the times we crossed the road to GEM. I remember how sometimes we nearly put our lives in danger. I remember SooA crossing the street. Hahahahaha! I miss it all.

There's just SO much to say.

Touch Down
I've arrived safely in Singapore. No one cares.

I'm done with "bashing" Jon verbally... I never DID such things. He simply accusing me now! Hahaha.

Anyhow. Enough with that. Its purely ENTERTAINMENT ok!! Hahaha.

Anyway, I am back in Singapore. My family is in Macau - KNNCCB!!!!!!!!!!! In the freaking VENETIAN!!! If you don't know already, its like a hotel cum casino cum shopping mall cum entertainment center cum whatever else. Its like a little country of its own. BLAHHH!!! kesian me right? Hahaha.

I'm back and there are no plans? Its so sad.

Anyway my baby is BACK BACK BACK!!! Errm, okay, not officially. But tomorrow. He's coming back!!! I'm going to City Hall area to pick him up. And then gonna hang out with him for the rest of the day... Unless there are other plans. SO very HAPPY!!! Probably be going back to NTU after that, or maybe drop by John's place to pick up some things and then leave. I don't know yet, but I'll definitely be back at NTU tomorrow night.

Quite depressing. And then gotta read so much. I'm... NO COMPLAINING!!!!!!!!

Don't have to deny facts right? hahaha Nah, I know I am not ugly - inside OR out. I know I have a heart. I know I care. I know that deep inside, I'm a lot more compassionate. I know I am pretty. Hahahahahaha! OK OK! Enough with the perasan-ness. I am happy with the way I am.

2. I am so different from what I first appear like.
Oh yes I am. THIS blog is a true reflection of who I really am. The things I talk about, the things I think about, my ideas and dreams all in this blog are really who I truly am. Sometimes I am much more comfortable expressing myself through writing than speaking. And that's why sometimes I appear to be quiet and... hahaha, then later on you get to know me. I'm a bubble of FUN! *corny!!! I'm joking*

3. I think you already know that I am a very homely person
 Well, I love my family A LOT. And I truly really did miss them A LOT when I was in Singapore. There was like two days straight that I was soooooo depressed and upset. But things are better now. I've got families everywhere. FIS, HELP, NTU... and anywhere around. But no one can replace blood.

4. I am a shopaholic
When I was in FIS, I wasn't so much of a shopaholic. I didn't have the chance or money to spend. But now, that I have much more freedom to spend MY money (and sometimes my parent's) I am a shopaholic. I LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEE shopping. I NEED shopping!

5. I have strong views
I am a person who has an opinion about... everything! Its just not that easy to get it out of me unless I'm really in the mood. But just so you know, you step on my toes, I stomp on your feet.

6. I am TRYING to cut down on the swearing
Oh yes I am. Don't you realize that I use "freaking" a lot more? haha Everytime I use "freaking" I have "fucking" in mind. HAHAHAHAHAHA!! I'm just messing. I really am trying to be less vulgar.

7. I can't stand people who walk like snails
I've been in Singapore for awhile now, and in NTU, I've learned to walk FAST. So now, I really cannot stand people who walk SO SLOW! I'm always somehow trailing behind them with a pissed off look and continuously shaking my head. And when I overtake them... I FREAKING GIVE THEM A SHAKE OF THE HEAD!!!!!!!!!

8. I've got a temper
Yes I do. I somehow get offended easily. But lately, not so much. Back in the schooling years... If you knew me then, you'll know what I mean.

9. I love pranks
I'm not a master in pranks, but I can think of a few. And I love watching people getting pranked!

Yes I do. I don't get it when girls scream for their lives when they see a spider, cockroach or lizard. (EXHIBIT A: my sisters!) I mean, they aren't jump on you. They will RUN from you. I hate it when Bel screams like crazy. I really really hate it. I mean it really is NOT necessary!

13. I cannot stand attention-seekers or people who change who they truly are to fit in.
I mean, COME ON!!! Is it that satisfying? I don't know. I know a few people (family included) and I truly CANNOT stand them. They try to be something they are not, and in the process gets the attention of people that are also trying to be something else. Fake is one way to describe them. Stupid is another. I know there are just some cases where you can't be completely yourself, but it doesn't mean you do a complete 180. You just gotta learn to adapt, tweak certain things and still have your own personality.

I'm soooo glad that Jon had a good birthday. I'm sooooooooooooo (SOOOOOOO x infinity) glad that Jon was in the center of attention!!!

This was a message I sent to a senior (OH YEA!! ONE OF THE LOVELY SENIORS.... hahaha Alicia's entertainment) "Make him the center of attention, he HATES it!" Hahahahahaha LMAO!!!! I can just imagine Jon standing there whilst everyone is singing Happy Birthday in English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese - the tradition. DAMN FUNNY!!! I want to see the photos.

My dad was asking how was he running like that. And I kept explaining that there was a cable attached to him and he's not really running. Then my dad says, why he moving his leg, how he run like that.... OMG!!!!!!!!!!! Then earlier on, when the scroll was lifted off, he asked "How the paper fly??" LMAO!!! I told him "MAGIC PAPER!!! China suddenly discovered how to defy gravity!!!" SIGH!!!!!!!!!!!! My dad is so BLUR! I felt soooooo smart. Hahaha. That's my dad for you. A lot more!!!

All I have to say about the Beijing Olympics Opening Ceremony.... WOW!!!!

Seriously all praise!

The fireworks were AMAZING! The concept was AMAZING! The movements, lights and overall was AMAZING!!!

I'm so glad that it didn't rain. I'm so glad they showed the world what they could do. I'm so glad that China has opened its door to the world.

All I can say is... Nothing really. They outdid themselves. They really put on a show. And it is AMAZING! Oh, and Yao Ming carrying the flag and the little boy from SiChuan.... CUTE OR WHAT!?!?!?!

OK OK! The Beijing Olympics is AMAZING!!! And the lighting of the torch was... WOW! Seriously. I love it!!

Big day huh?

Its the Beijing Olympics. Less than an hour away.
I really hope it goes well, because this year China has had a lot of shit heading in their direction. Like the Tibet issue (seriously, there's a lot the media fabricated!), then there was the whole human rights thing (again... Rubbish!!!! there's just sooooo much the people of the world DON'T KNOW.. so much is blown out of proportion!) then there was the earthquake. And China really showed how well they can handle situations. The whole (and I mean the WHOLE) nation stood up and did something. Even the expats living there. And it was just REMARKABLE! If its something China needs now, its called a break. And that will come in the success of the Olympics. Its their shining moment. IT REALLY IS!

Happy 20th Jonathan!
I'm not so bad. In the sense that I would forget a friend's birthday. OK lah, if I'd known sooner then I would have added him to the list of the August Babies... BUT NOW BETTER RIGHT???

Make you feel ultra special - dedicate one whole post on you. Yeap yeap, all the good points and bad points I'll expose Jonathan for those who don't know him. OK LAH!!! I don't even know him like THAT well.

As most of you know, I met Jon in HELP! And there, we never really talked or anything. Because apparently we were both the quiet types. LOL! Seriously I can see some heads nodding in agreement and some just shaking in denial. AHEM ALICIA AHEM WHICH IS IT!!!! So we ONLY had Biology together. And that was for the first two semesters only. The final sem, our class split into two. So less of seeing each other. Hardly really made a diff anyway, we hardly talked. And if we did, it wasn't to each other. =.= SHADDUP!!! Let me finish the post.

Jon and I started talking when we both were heading to NTU. And I believe it was ME who went and got his number and talked and asked him questions. SEE I make the first initiative. Wahahahaha! Anyway, slowly got to know him more and more. And I am learning more about him as our lives coincide. And Jon is someone you have to make an approach to get to know him better. I mean, someone's gotta do the job right? So yea, even if he seems quiet and alone.... HE GOT PLENTY to say. Just gotta talk to him.

Jon, my advice to you in NTU (you may HATE this advice... but just from experience lah) is just go and talk to people in your course. Your seniors (MALAYSIAN AND SINGAPOREANS!!! HAHAHA), your coursemates, your WHOEVER LAH! Just talk. Sometimes people are also shy like you.... Then how to establish connections? HMMM!?!??! Hahaha.

Happy 20th Birthday Jon. I hope you do something and have a blast. Step out of the box a little ok? Its always better when you're in Biz... Accounting - when you step out of the box its called FRAUD!!! Hahaha.SERIOUSLY!!!

The Princess is Back
Yes I am!!! So very the happy. English teachers get lost... Hahaha

Anyway I am back and I miss home like A LOT! Roxy has gotten bigger. I can tell Floppy misses me a lot, 'cause when I approach her cage, she comes and puts her head against the cage for me to sayang. Roxy? Hmpf! That one forget me already lahhhh! hahaha, nah, she got jealous and I missed her like CRAZY!!!!

Mum and dad picked me up from the airport. Then went home to drop some things, and went to the Kopitiam for lunch. DAMN!!! I'm still sick of that KOPITIAM! Always go there - damn sien! And you know the SAD thing? From Changi Airport, to mid-air, to KLIA I was reading the OB assigned reading. At the same time highlighting the points and making notes. I like the life, but its stressing. Seriously! I looked so smart. Hahaha, everyone was looking at me one kind. IN A GOOD WAY!!! LMAO! Anyway, the sad thing was on the aerotrain in KLIA, I was still reading it. Haha, even at Immigration, when I put the passport in the scanner and waiting for them to scan and stuff like that... I'm still reading. I have like seven pages more... I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrr! be rajin. Be hardworking. Work work work!!!

OK!!! NTU is crazy!!! I have 59 people ONLINE... and they are ALL people I KNOW!!! like from FIS, IAG, HELP, NTU and where ever else... KNNCCB!!! Need to show Julz.. She'll go crazy!!!!!!!!!! Hahaha. For her 25 was a lot... let her see it now. Hahaha.

In Airport
As you know, my laptop (baby F. Torres) KO on me. So its not with me now. So how the hell am I blogging? NO NOT SCHEDULED POST!!! Hahaha, the various Free Internet booths located around Changi Airport.

Anyway I'm going back to KL. WAHAHHAHAHHAHA!!! Cannot wait. About two more hours. I KAPLIU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seeeee! Entertain you instead of attending to my own desperate needs. Hahahaha Anyway, I'll be running off soon... to find a toilet to clear my bladder and then go find something to eat. *grins*

Anyway, classes has started. I'm BLUR as hell for Econs. Its today btw, so I did some pre-reading last night. Although I understood a few things, I'm still quite blur. YES I AM THAT HARDWORKING!!! hahaha. Nah, its because I've got NO Econs background AT ALL, and I know that John doesn't like it that much. Which would be sort of the same as me. What he likes to study, I generally like it too. Quite similar tastes but not exactly. Hahaha.

Marketing is interesting. Hahaha. I like the lecturer!!! Maybe it was because I was sitting in the front, I didn't feel so sleepy and bored. Hahaha OB was... no comments. Hahaha.

Classes will be starting officially tomorrow. But its only lectures, no tutorials. Meaning... 8.30am till 12.30pm I have classes and then no more for the rest of the day. Go find Chun Zhen and do laundry ;) And on Wednesday, only from 2.30pm till 6.30pm. Thursdays?? NO CLASS!!!

Can't wait for Thursday!!! Will be meeting my lovers. ;) Hahahaha. THERE I GO AGAIN!!! Bloody hell, I'm so bored. Entertaining myself and just making myself happy. SHADDUP! Wahahaha, confusing some people eh? Well... they ARE my lovers. JON SHUT UP!!!!!!! Don't blow it again.

Had dinner with the Ryshin gang earlier. Was fun to catch up with them all... CHUN ZHEN especially. And Sai Leong... SERIOUSLY what happened to him? Hahaha Suddenly talk so much and its all... Hahaha, haven't been in NTU for two nights already. Got a lot of sleep (as if lately in NTU never sleep enough) and I'm very happy. Ooo, the sleep here is WAY better because the bed is not.... cacat like Hall 14's. ;) Hehehe.

Tonight I'll be back there. Will be heading to Ang Mo Kio to meet Mr. Chen and I cannot wait. I haven't seen him in... AGES!!!

Anyway, I'm so bored. =(

Head back to NTU tonight. Hope it won't be too late. Then tomorrow morning wake up and go to NBS Orientation. JON we're going together. We taking the shuttle bus right!!! Hahaha. Lazy bums. WHAT LAH! I've walked a lot already. And for the past two nights... OMFG I hate them. The night before last night, I woke up at 4am and got a cramp in my left leg. This morning around 9am, I woke up and had a cramp in my right leg. This morning's one wasn't so bad, because I immediately stood up and walked around... rather, hopped around the room. PAIN giler! the 4am one was a killer. I was having cold sweat and couldn't sleep after that. Stayed up till 5am before I KO-ed and then kept waking up. Damn shit lah!

I used to have this problem where in the middle of the night I'd get leg cramp (WTF right? I'm not even pregnant! hahahaha!) and I figured it was because of the air-cond. And in NTU I don't get this prob because its a freaking fan. And for the last two nights I've been in the apartment, so air-cond! Hahaha. And because I was wearing the PJ pants (long ones) and the air-cond wasn't cold, I slept without blanket. BIG MISTAKE!!! Resulted in the leg cramps lah!

But I'm fine now. Just scared later it comes back. Grrr!

Gotta start getting my textbooks. SIGH!!!

OK before I start, I just cooked some Maggi and put in some wantons. YUMMY! And wait, I know some of you are like, WTF? So much time to make wantons?? Well, people smart ok! I take whatever in the fridge and cook. And there was wantons from John's steamboat yesterday. So yea, its appetizing! *grins* Knowing how hard it has been for me to get used to Singapore food... Hahaha. Maggi is a taste of HOME! ;)

Now, steamboat. Let's start with Thursday night, I went to Bugis for steamboat. With seniors (ahh, no Alicia, no special ones. Hahahaha!) and freshmen. I was the only Rysian there. O.o. Honestly, I think the steamboat SUCKS!!! hahaha, come on, I've voiced out before.... I hate Singapore food. Because its cleaner! Hahahaha!!!! No no!!! Just like before, I've said. If there is ONE thing that worries me the most when I'm here is the food. Hahaha, my taste buds have reached places and are searching for food that is par with it. Sadly, its all in Malaysia and Europe. *grins* No need for myself to wonder why my jeans have gotten looser. LOL!!! Seriously lah! And add all that walking. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need food food... Wait, REPHRASE!!! GOOD FOOD!

OK ok! back on track... Bugis steamboat was alright. Reasonable if you don't convert. SGD18. All you can eat. Well, I think it was more of the company that made things worthwhile. It mostly always is. Food can suck, and I will complain (you can bet on that!) but the company is what matters. So I had fun. After steamboat, some... seniors, didn't want to go back yet. And some couldn't decide. In the end, a few of us (me included... I'm happening - apparently... HAHAHAHA. self praise is no praise... I KNOW!) headed to Clarke Quay. Walked and walked and then headed to Hooters. Beer - BLEUK!!! I've said before... I don't like beer. In fact, not a fan of alcohol, but I do drink. Just I rather dance and have fun then drink. ;) No point in getting drunk - because I'll only be a fool yea? Hahaha. Hooters in Singapore... OMFG!!! Wait, let me get to that later. So one of the graduated seniors, Shaun, decided the Hooters Shot. DAMN GROSS! Wait, pictures will be up when I upload (or rather, when I get my laptop back). Basically the shot is a concoction of (BRACE YOURSELF!) beer, ketchup, lemon juice, tobasco *mix mix* and an oyster. BLEUK!!! You know I hate oysters. I HATE HATE HATE!!! BENCI BENCI BENCI!!! TAO YAN TAO YAN TAO YAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So yes, I drank the liquid part, but didn't gulp the oyster. Seriously would have puked la! So many times I look at oysters and want to put in my mouth.... something defies gravity and travels up my oesophagus. *grins* I hope noone just had their meal or going to eat. Lol... or better yet, eating whilst reading my blog. Want me to be more graphic. BECAUSE I CAN!!!!!!!!!! Hehe. BUT I'm not that evil.

OK OK!!! Man, need to stop getting so sidetracked. Now, we went on two rides (Ethan, Shaun and I). We went on the GMAX - The Ultimate Bungy and the GX-5 Xtreme Swing. Had a pretty good deal as well. SGD40 for each person for both rides. DAMN NICE!!!!!!!!! The GMAX bungy is where you are basically catapulted into the sky. And whilst you are sitting in an open air capsule, you spin. So you see the sky and ground. And you spin 360 degrees vertically all on a bungy cord. Its quite weird. Hahaha, sometimes you don't know which is the top and bottom, or where your head is. Hahaha. And you are doing that for awhile. Its feels quite long when you are up there. But once you touch the ground.. You'll be like... TOO SHORT LAH!!!!!!!!!!! Hahaha. Videos and pictures up when I upload. The GX-5 Extreme Swing is like The Viking Ship. EXCEPT WAY BETTER. You will spin horizontally 360 degrees. You are sitting again in an open air capsule, then you are lifted slowly into the air. Quite high actually. And basically you're standing on air, because you are soooo lifted off your seat and if it wasn't for the safety belts, I would have fallen la. So you can imagine. There's no way to seat down, you'll defy gravity! Hahaha. And this one was lagi shock because there's a lever and someone who's with you up there will push it down and that's when you free fall. And it was Shaun (the very old "senior" hahaha) And up there we were messing around for awhile. Apparently we were up there for quite long. But to me it was pretty short. Hahaha, because there was such a great adrenaline rush. And then Shaun was messing around. I was pretty freaked out. Because if he presses the lever, then we go. Hahaha. I kept telling him to wait for awhile, and he kept messing around. And then suddenly... WHOOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! it was sooo good. It was only really scary the first fall, after that slowed down.

Quite fun!!! must go must go! I'd go again. HAHAHAHAHA! This time I want to press the lever. WAHAHAHA!

So after that went back to NTU by cab.

OK now, Hooters in Singapore. I was shocked they had a Hooters here. And lagi shocked that they couldn't pick better girls. First off, they aren't pretty. Second off, they aren't hot. Thirdly... THEY ARE FLAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hahahaha. SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm a girl... I KNOW! LOL! And then... they close quite early. =.=""" No point going lah. Not the REAL Hooters experience. HAHAHAHA! Too flat for guys... trust me! hahaha.

Next day... off to City Hall area with seniors after lunch at canteen A. Then I headed off to Orchard to meet Aunty Linda (the one whom I stayed with in Beijing) had steamboat... O.O! hahaha. Then I came back home (bro's place). He was having a party for... end of internship. LOL! And guess what food... STEAMBOAT!!!!!!! Sick sick sick!!!

then woke up today, John went off to the airport to head back to KL. I went out to meet Aunty Linda at Havelock Road. Err, Grand Corpthorne Waterfront Hotel, so help out pack some party bags for a charity event for the Down Syndrome Association in Singapore. I think. And then we had buffet lunch at the hotel. Hmm, good good! Hehehe. Then went to Suntec to have a look. After that headed to Aunt Bernie's place (Aunty Linda's friend) and hang around until about 8pm. Had porridge for dinner, dropped Aunt Linda and Nadine off at the airport and then dropped me off at Tampines MRT.

Then I returned home. SIGH! I'm home alone. John's in KL, Jun Yen won't be back for the night. Nevermind. Hahaha...

OK lah. Come tomorrow and the next week... no updates. Most likely, cause no laptop. :( SHIT LAH!!! Damn freaking UPSET!!!

Off to bed now.

I'm mighty proud of myself... WAHAHAHAHA! Shut up shut up! People still "depressed" hahahahahahahahaha! Must let me be happy happy.. or rather... Entertain oneself. Quite a sad case eh?? SIGH! No one kacau/bug me, so I'm at my bro's place tonight. Was here last night as well. SIEN LAH!!! Once sem starts... DIE! Well first week is VERY the nice. As if my timetable wasn't nice enough. Anyway lately been going out a lot. Almost every night. LMAO!!!! Mondays and Fridays no classes. Hmmm, Fridays are part nights - Mondays are study nights. MAKE SURE I STICK TO IT!!!

Anyway, yesterday night (or should I say early this morning?) was FUN!. GMAX!!! Blog about it when I upload... Hmm, a week or two lah! =P
